Un peu d'information aditionelle sur l'édition de cette incroyable enregistrement:
OFFICIAL CD-RELEASE DAY: 25th of April
This official and professionally recorded as well as sonically improved double-CD document from a concert of this rather short-lived line-up of the french cult ensemble contains a slightly shorter than usual version of MEKANÏK DESTRUKTÏẀ KOMMANDÖH, and represents with the remaining tracks SOWILOI, DRUM SOLO and THEUSZ HAMTAAHK an indispensable supplement to MAGMA's other live albums released on their own label, SEVENTH RECORDS.
Like with many other live releases of concerts recorded by and at RADIO BREMEN, the copyrights of these recordings are obviously owned by the radio station, which licenses the recordingS to companies interested to release it officially (see VON ZAMLA: LIVE 1983 on CUNEIFORM, or SOFT MACHINE - FLOATING WORLD LIVE on MOONJUNE). I don't know the reason why SEVENTH has not bought the rights to release it in their AKT series, but I've been told by the label MIG-MUSIC (http://www.mig-music.de), that SEVENTH is informed about the release, has provided the band picture shown on the cover and will buy a certain quantity of the pressing (which was declared as 1000 copies, but might be raised after the little chat I had with the official in charge) to sell them on their website. there will be a review of the concert by a german newspaper in the booklet, the concert ticket photo, some pics from the 74 tour provided by GUY MAS. the sound recording has supposedly been improved, so we will have to decide on the first listen or wait for some buyer to tell us his opinion....
